Remove bb-base/style.css dependency from support forums theme

The new theme is still using the style.css from bbpress.org: https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/browser/sites/trunk/wordpress.org/public_html/wp-content/themes/pub/wporg-support/functions.php?rev=5079&marks=23-28,33#L23

There's actually no need for that. After removing the stylesheet the forums don't look that bad. Things like icons, list and form styles should be moved to theme's stylesheet.
