Description
Got this error several times when committing changes to SVN:
Failed to start '/home/svn/repos/wp-plugins/hooks/pre-commit' hook
This happened on:
- Initial commit
- Tagging a release
- Updating
readme.txt
In each case, the commit succeeded on second time.
