I'm not sure I understand the suggestion, could you clarify a bit more? Where should the link be added?

There's already an Unresolved Topics view for any plugin: ​https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/unresolved/

Both theme and plugins have those views by default as well.



Both are images of when a user is not signed on.
