Make WordCamp shortcodes render in Jetpack email notifications

Description
Some of the custom shortcodes on WordCamp.org are not being rendered inside Jetpack email notifications. The attachment shows WordCamp Seattle 2017's speaker announcement post compared to its corresponding notification.
IIRC, Jetpack intentionally strips out some shortcodes, so we'll need to understand why, and then probably register the shortcodes with Jetpack, test for proper formatting, etc.

I haven't seen any other reports of this, and we've got blocks for that now too, so I'm going to close. If it's still happening we can reopen.
