Minor Fixes: "Download" Button on Plugin Directory have Border and Box Shadow while the same in Theme Directory have none.

Description

Download Button Design on Plugin Directory have Box Shadow and different color but this is not present on Theme Directory. There should be similarity on Theme and Plugin Directory. Either They have Box Shadow and Border or none.
