Plugins should have their published date on right side meta box.

Description
There is no option to see plugin's published date. We can see the only Last updated date of the plugin right side meta box.
I think everyone should know when the plugin is published.
Ideally, the plugin should have published date on right side meta box.
Here is the screenshot where the published date should display.

Why would this matter? If you want to know how long a plugin has existed, then the info is available, but it's not really relevant for searching or for users.
