On roadmap https://core.trac.wordpress.org/roadmap page top right form is overlapping with it's title so need to fixed it.

This is intentional, as it's done by Trac itself: https://trac.edgewall.org/roadmap

I don't think this is significant enough to warrant some custom styling for our trac's.

@dd32 it's default trac style then no need to add custom style for overlapping block. thank you for your information and mark ticket as close.
