Description

In line with SEO best practice, search results pages should include a meta robots noindex, follow directive.
See ​https://yoast.com/blocking-your-sites-search-results/ for rationale.

At the moment, search results in the Plugins Directory (e.g., ​https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/cats/) do not utilise this approach, and as a result, are being indexed by Google.
