Description

On P2 sites where any registered w.org user can post (​https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/, ​https://ru.wordpress.org/team/, etc) it would be helpful to see not just the number of pending comments in Toolbar, but the number of pending posts as well.

Otherwise, it's easy to miss spam posts on less active sites.

not really good thing for moderation, i can see pending comments count in adminbar, but i only see pending posts when i go to "all posts"

o2 Posting Access: Set opacity for zero pending posts count, for consistency with pending comments count.
