Make text fields resizable in the application pages of central

I have been spending a bit of time in central.wordcamp.org, in the Meetup tracker section, to vet new applications.
The Text Fields is resizable only in length but not in width, so it’s a bit heard to read/write
Is it possible to allow resizing on both dimensions?
