Description
Realizing ahead of time how controversial and unlikely any of these changes would be along with the underlying assumptions they make, these tweaks are proposed largely for reference purposes.
These conceptual changes are focused primarily on usability flow. The minimalism that has always been a part of WordPress design is retained and clarified...

Header links:
Further emphasizes newbie-friendly links and messaging toward the top, without confusing potentially less web-savvy users (removes Docs, Mobile app links). Also nudges users toward the revamped Support portal (hides Forums link) to encourage traffic to land on the new articles/FAQ etc before posting anything on the discussion forums...

Maintains current shortcuts for the most part with more logical grouping/flow, with some more advanced links and resources for developers and web savvy users (and bots). Tweaks a few link names for better verbiage, and assumes the unlikely possibility that WP.org admins consider renaming Codex to Docs, and Make to Contribute. Also assumes that WP.org admins are open to launching a Terms of Service, and promoting the thousands of WordPress Meetups being organized around the world each year (outside of current WordCamp events). In addition, proposes ditching the (abandoned) Learn portal in favor of a more academic-setting Classroom portal that focuses on schools, teachers, and otherwise. Lastly, assumes that the very fragmented Make portal could be better integrated into the WordPress.org domain and content/feeds...
