Feeds like https://wordpress.org/support/forum/localhost-installs/feed/ should be noindex'd via a x-robots-tag HTTP header, with a value of noindex, follow.

@jonoaldersonwp Should this be applied to *all feeds* or *all forum thread feeds*?

Eg, should this also apply to https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-upgrades-then-503-errors-until-have-to-reboot/feed/ and https://wordpress.org/support/feed/?

Added. Feeds are heavily cached, may not show up immediately on some popular feeds.
