remove unwanted projects from Translation project list

I got to know that we are no longer using some of projects mentioned in the list now.

like for bbPress we are now managing translation here
​https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/bbpress

So I was wondering why not to remove those from the list.

• bbPress
• buddypress

and few others which I don't know yet.

The descriptions of those projects mentions where the newer strings are located.

As these projects are not listed anywhere else in the UIs, and in general isn't linked to directly we can probably just ignore that these are listed there (Plus we'd have to update any import scripts for bbPress/BuddyPress).

I think instead, /projects should redirect to / when you don't have any permissions to manipulate the projects directly.

We keep old projects and translations for archiving purposes. I'm going to close this as wontfix since /projects isn't a promoted entry point on translate.w.org.
