Display profile page in order of activity, where someone other than you replied last

Kees Meijer (keesiemeijer) built a tool that displays your forum profile-page in order of activity, displaying all your forum posts where someone other than you replied last. This is a huge time-saver for volunteers. It can also be toggled to hide resolved posts.

He's made the ​code available and said:

"There is no concern about code distribution. Do with it what you like, distribute it, build upon it, I don't care."

Long term, the support profiles may go away entirely in favor of the more unified profiles.wp approach. See some of Mert's designs and approaches here:

Short term, there may be some improvements we can do to the support-specific profile page.

This was eventually implemented in #716, but needs to be re-implemented for the new theme in #2470.
