​http://lists.wordpress.org/ needs to be updated to use HTTPS.

If for no other reason than modernisation (and SEO, performance, etc), it contains a number of signup/registration forms, which are currently submitted over HTTP. E.g., ​http://lists.wordpress.org/mailman/listinfo/wp-meta
