Description

That is something that sometimes happens, and it is bad because we can't log what we have done.

This was the last topic that it happened: https://br.wordpress.org/support/topic/meu-site-esta-fora-do-ar/

Looks like that it works when we add a paragraph/content:

Happens all the time. Do what I do: go to the end of a paragraph, add a space in the topic and then move it. The log will show up.

But still it is something that should be fixed.

  • Resolution set to reported-upstream
  • Status changed from new to closed

This is expected bbPress behavior, and as such should be followed up with them.

There's an existing ticket at https://bbpress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/2499, although closed as worksforme, they note that action logs are only done when the content is modified, so any change ot this behavior should probably be discussed there, I'm not seeing any direct reason why we need ot diverge from what bbPress pre-defines here.

I'll close this ticket, as this is a topic to discuss upstream instead.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
