Hello,

The new PR syncing is awesome. Might I suggest it trigger some keywords on Trac.
At minimum am thinking it should add has-patch, but possibly auto-add needs-testing.
And potentially have it remove needs-patch and needs-refresh.

*Also may not be possible but if unit tests are part of the PR maybe add has-unit-tests.

In 9900:

Trac: When a PR is added to a ticket, toggle the has-patch/needs-patch/needs-refresh and needs-unit-tests/has-unit-tests if it touches a tests-looking directory.

Fixes #5080.
