Remove useless website from helphub codex languages

Reaching out to the Farsi locale managers in #polyglots channel to see if they are using another site these days would be good to do before removing it

I think you're right.

Following through the links, ​https://fa.wordpress.org/ links to ​http://wp-persian.com/ which links to ​http://wp-persian.com/codex/ which looks like the new Codex home.
I don't speak the language however, so other than it being a familiar layout I'm not able to confirm everything is the same :)

​http://wp-persian.com/codex/ is our current and correct Persian codex.

I'm one of the Persian locale managers and I can't remember this site, I don't know how and when isawpi.ir linked to be Persian codex but now it only have some affiliate and adv links.

It seems it is assigned for Farsi !
There isn't any "Farsi", It's Persian, Farsi is transliteration of Persian
So may be it is a fault since long time ago
I confirm, Please remove "isawpi.ir" site

From the past ​http://wp-persian.com/codex/ was the WordPress Persian Wiki and I wrote in it for Persian WordPress, But I don't remember this site (isawpi.ir).

If we look at the isawpi.ir, we only see the appearance of the wiki And there is no content inside it.

I also think this site should be removed.

I'm not actually sure where/how that list is used, so I'm going to leave it open for someone more familiar with Helphub to confirm fixed, and/or if the Persian codex needs adding, etc.
