Remove "Add me to the consultants list" from user profiles

Description

On ​https://profiles.wordpress.org/YOURIDHERE/profile/edit/group/2/, there's a section asking if you want to be on the "wordpress consultants" list. As far as I can tell, there is no such list, so the field should be removed.
