Update `phpunit-test-reporter` Plugin for Make/Hosting to 0.1.1.

This update ports some coding standards fixes and makes it so that more hosts are shown for each revision, as the number of reporters surpassed the existing limits there.

I think longer term a redesign is in order, but this should help discovery of errors in the meantime.

Attached patch ports the changes up to 0.1.1 from ​https://github.com/WordPress/phpunit-test-reporter.
