Plugin Directory: Improve Trademark Detection

Adding new terms to block for.

Adding in Microsoft exceptions.

Adding new check if a plugin permalink ends with 'For TRADEMARK' (currently only for WooCommerce)

Adding in clause, if trademark usage isn't false (i.e. if they're currently free and clear) we don't need to check for exceptions.

Would greatly appreciate some sanity checks.
