Support forum URLs like https://wordpress.org/support/theme/BusinessX/ and https://wordpress.org/support/topic/rEmove-NO-comments/ and https://wordpress.org/support/view/SPAM/ should redirect to the lowercase equivalent via a 301 redirect.
Support article URLs like https://wordpress.org/support/article/Glossary/ should also redirect to the lowercase equivalent.
