The 'activity' user should be deleted

The user at ​https://profiles.wordpress.org/activity/ is currently referenced from the profiles site XML sitemap; it's my assumption that this page is *meant* to be an activity overview/utility, but is being supplanted by a placeholder/inactive user.

This URL should either return the correct page (if such a thing exists), or, a 404.

The user activity is an actual user, though seemingly not active in terms of contributions.

There has never been an intent for https://profiles.wordpress.org/activity/ to refer to anything other than a user. We don't have plans for an activity overview or utility.

XML sitemap has been disabled via #5336, In so doing, I no longer see the need to address an activity user any differently than any other.

Feel free to reopen if I'm overlooking the impact here.
