Color contrast issue in old plug-ins notice

Description

The color contrast between the text color and background color on the warnings that appear on plugins that haven't been updated in over 2 years is below the WCAG AA guidelines for accessible color contrast. Tweaking the foreground color to hex 744500 would increase the contrast without significantly changing the impact.
