Description (last modified by )
Forum and P2 activity / engagement shows up on user profiles.
It would be good to also show a user's engagement for workshops and courses (I can't think of good metrics for lesson plans unfortunately :( ) on their profile.
E.g. watched a video, completed a quiz, completed a course, etc.
It may also be desirable to consider new badges.
Contributing to lesson plans is one of the ways to get a Training Contributor badge, but submitting / reviewing workshops, hosting discussion groups, etc. should also be considered with the Learn launch.
Furthermore, it would be good to have contributions to Learn shown in a similar way to how translations are shown on Profiles for Polyglots. E.g. this user contributed this lesson plan, or reviewed this and that, or hosted this discussion group, or created that workshop.

I'm going to close this ticket, not because it's not worthwhile, but because there isn't a clear task to complete here and the meta team isn't the right place to discuss what the activity things the learn site should trigger.
Creating tasks specifically related to points from the above make post if the training team decides they want that would be appreciated though (Note: that list appears to me to just be a brainstorming session, not all of those will or should be transferred over)
I'd encourage you and others to follow up with the training team on those suggestions though.
Noting that this is already on the roadmap for the future of Learn (as dev time allows): https://make.wordpress.org/training/2020/12/03/learn-wordpress-blue-sky-thinking/
