Add a hovering button to join slack community in Make Blog Network

Description
While looking through Netlify, I noticed they had a neat nudge via a "Join us on slack" hovering button that follows you as you navigate the documentation: https://www.netlifycms.org/docs/contributor-guide/
It would be lovely to have the same for the Make Blog Network mainly for the handbook pages. There are various mentions of joining the slack community but it's very easy to miss right now as they are hyperlinks that blend into the background.
