Update import script to use trunk name for default block-editor branch.

Description

The following issue in Gutenberg is lining up the rename of the default branch from master to trunk. ​https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/27741

After that change goes in, we need to update the import script that copies the files from GitHub and publishes out to developer.wordpress.org

I didn't realize I could do it from a PR, so wanted to try that out :-)

I'm not sure which way is easier to implement.
