Redirect the block editor developer handbook old URLs

We are in the final stage of merging (​https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/28665) the new structure of the block editor developer handbook (​https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/).

As the files structure changed, most of the old URLs in the handbook would probably break (see ​https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/28665#pullrequestreview-597722096by @mkaz).

Should we redirect all these URLs to the new ones?

If yes, I can compile the list of URLs to redirect and share it.

Yes, a list of all the existing handbook URLs that will need to be redirected (and where each should redirect) will be needed.

And if you have a cutover date in mind for when the new reorganized handbook pages are to get imported, let us know as well so we can get them redirected ASAP after going live.

I'd like to do the merge preferably tomorrow. Between 8am and 2pm your time. That's the time slot where I'll still be awake. Let me know what works for you :).

Apart from the redirection, there is also this ticket https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/5639, to delete old files on the handbook. That should be run around 15 minutes after the merge. Is that something you can handle too.
