Description
Currently, https://backpress.trac.wordpress.org/ is Trac's default design.
How about applying same style as other WordPress Project Trac?

BackPress is essentially dead, and I have little interest in making it feel more cozy. I don't want to give anyone the false impression that it is "active" and should be used.
