In Handbook of Changing File Permissions the li item bullet shows without any content there.

I found another washington.edu page on chmod, but it's not a 1:1 replacement and quite verbosely useless.

I ended up changing this 404'ing link to the archive.org link instead, pending a better location being found during a future rewrite / work on the article.
