Description
Ideally, can we put Hello Dolly https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/hello-dolly/ on GitHub repo? I have just version tested this to 5.9 and would like to submit a PR confirming it.
I use Hello Dolly when teaching WP devs how to install, what's under the hood, using the plugin editor to cowboy code some changes, and then going to the plugin to rate and review it (while learning how our .org profiles track that activity). I believe that is the intention of the plugin.
Secondarily, just do the version bump this time AND later move the plugin to .org repo. There are a few people interested in forking it to incorporate blocks for teaching purposes as well.

This seems like a good idea to me, even just from an education perspective - if it's designed to be used to teach others how to write a plugin / how simple a plugin can be, GitHub is where they look today.
