Add sync for bbpress.git.wordpress.org with Github

By syncing bbpress.git we can take advantage of Travis-CI, and have an official bbPress sync'd GitHub repository.

bbPress Git source: git://bbpress.git.wordpress.org/

Contact @JohnJamesJacoby regarding GitHub organization access/rights/settings etc.

I now have a list of the committers email/GitHub accounts to add to the GitHub repo when/as needed :)

I tried adding the same SSH key from the make/systems request from above but cannot reuse them so if a new systems request could be made that would be fantastic 🎉
