Keyboard Navigation UI broke on menu

While checking the wordpress.org site with keyboard navigation. Found that focus not showing properly on all menu items.

@krupalpanchal Can you describe what you expect to happen? From the screenshot, your focus is on the dropdown button that would open the Support submenu.

@ryelle You can check the other menu as well. It shows the focus border on the left and bottom sides, not on the top and right sides. So it might be a spacing issue.

For, the submenu arrow icon. It should be either square or rectangle. The Square will look good. But even it shows the broken.

I see, the keyboard navigation does work for you, but visually it looks wrong. I've opened an issue to fix that here: https://github.com/WordPress/wporg-mu-plugins/issues/249
