I visited ​https://wordpress.org/about/security/ and
there are no footnotes on the page currently.
The content looks fine with no overflow issues visible.
The original screenshot link is also broken.

This ticket may be resolved or the footnotes section
may have been removed from the page.
Suggesting to close as worksforme or invalid.
