I came across another strange behavior with the wp_enqueue_script and wp_enqueue_style functions.

Also content sidebar in much bigger in wp_enqueue_script.

The theme for the Developer Resources site was completely changed a few weeks ago and the new theme does not contain the links or issue reported here.
