Allow Sponsor Wrangler to be selected within the Organizer Reminders admin page

Hi @nvwd, thanks for your patch! I simplified it a bit in 690-meta.diff​ and removed some non-relevant changes like line breaks and whitespace. Can you please test it out before we deploy it to WordCamp.org?

That field is actually required now in order to change the post status to pending or draft, so it's probably safe to assume it'll exist.

@kovshenin, thanks for compressing the diff, I have changed my IDE settings to stop messing with whitespace. I will test the patch this weekend and report back here.

@iandunn, thanks for the info, I will remove the '(if set)' text and upload another patch once I test.

The form display works. Removed the '(if set)' from the diff.

I am not set up to test the execution of the reminder. @iandunn, would you be able to run a test please?
