I have worked on the WordPress.org site and found one small design issue on the below-mentioned page.

Please always upload the screenshots to the ticket, rather than linking an external screenshot provider.

Additionally, please ensure you correctly select the component, selecting a generic component means you're probably not selecting the right one. If you were to select 5ftf it'd have redirected you to the GitHub repo where this issue should be reported.

However, in order to hit that specific responsive design issue, you need to use a window size <350px, which seems incredibly small. I'm inclined to suggest this is not something that actually needs "fixing".
