Show Photo Directory contribution in Activity stream

Akin to showing a Learn course completion or core commit prop in the activity stream, it would be great to similarly show an accepted Photo Directory contribution in that activity stream. Perhaps something formatted like:

Sorry you were directed here, but this is unrelated to this ticket. The bug you reported seems transient. The site might've been unable to obtain your photos and temporarily cached an empty list. I checked now and photos for you and others are appearing in your respective profiles.

As a Photo Moderator, I believe it's essential for the moderation activity to be visible. This would allow anyone visiting the w.org profile to see the recent number of photos moderated by a Photo Moderator.
