The animation on the favorite link does not respect prefers-reduced-animation flags.

Additionally, the animation is the only significant indicator that the favorite control is focused/hovered. (There is a faint dotted outline, but it fails contrast guidelines, so it doesn't count, anyway.)

I'll also note that the speed of the favorite animation is really off-putting, personally - it's way too fast, and is a bit dizzying.

We can probably remove this animation entirely now, and possibly match the pattern directory Star instead of heart.

I removed the animation and added a black heart focus/hover state. I think we can address the heart imagery in the more in-depth redo of the directory.
