Forum pages do not show moderated content correctly

On the "all topics" page (or other views) where ?view=all is appended, moderated topics to not show the colors used on the old theme, so moderators have to revisit topics to see what's what.

On the attached image, notice the diff between the old and new themes.

Note that there were colors for posts flagged as spam, pending, and archived.

Set archived and pending colors to match new theme and remove !important so they can be adjusted per view.
