Description
When replying a support topic on iPhone 12, I see the editor is rendered twice.
I don’t know how to upload image from my phone, so I link to the message on Slack that has a screenshot of the issue:

I’m using Safari on iPhone, iOS version 16.3.1.

One way to test this would be to see if https://wordpress.com/forums/forum/support/?new=1 is affected as well.
This link works well for me on iPhone. Probably it's a different version or is implemented in a different way.

Does it happen when you're using any other browser? I cannot reproduce the problem using Android, and I do not have an iPhone.

I’ve just tried Chrome on iPhone and the problem is the same. Chrome is at the latest version.

- Summary changed from Editor is rendered twice when replying a support topic to Editor is rendered twice when replying to a topic on iOS (WebKit)
Thanks for reporting
It would be nice to indicate which Safari version you use, so someone can check if the same version behaves the same on macOS.
I suspect this is a problem in the upstream Blocks Everywhere plugin, or Isolated Block Editor.
I'd be curious how it handles https://github.com/Automattic/isolated-block-editor/blob/trunk/src/browser/index.html (note: This can't be tested directly)
