Bump recommended MariaDB version to 10.5

Description

The Requirements page currently lists MariaDB 10.4 or greater as recommended.

​MariaDB 10.4 is no longer supported as of 18 Jul 2024.

Bump the version to 10.5, which is supported until June 2025.

I think the only place that currently uses that value is the Requirements page, I can't find the string 10.4 anywhere else that's used as a version number.

Fixed in the theme via ​https://github.com/WordPress/wporg-main-2022/commit/ac6295d73fbc3622738c8bcadfcceb37579f8787
