Description
Following up on the proposal published to Make Themes in May 2024, the #themereview channel should be renamed #themes.
I have the ability to change the channel name, but did not want to break any Trac/Meta integrations until any necessary changes can be made.

#themereview-firehosecan stay as is for now. That's a hose channel specific only to theme review activity and makes sense to remain separate.
I don't think this makes sense. Probably can rename it to #themes-review-firehose though.
I'm slightly concerned this will get confused with #core-themes, but such is life.
