Meta Components ticket links returns 404

Describe the bug
It seems that ticket links in the WordPress Meta Components page run into a 404 errors.

To Reproduce

• Go to ​WordPress Meta Components page.
• Click on a any ticket column value (e.g. for General https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/component/General).
• A 404 page is returned (with "No handler matched request to /component/General" message).

Expected behavior
I suppose that the link destination page above should be something like this or to what WordPress Core Components already does.

Make: Trac Component overview: Generate a link that works for Meta trac (and any others).

Only core.trac has a rewrite handler for the /components/(.+) endpoint.
