The search plugin field should not be blank.

Hello Team,

I have reviewed WordPress.org site and found that the plugin search searches plugin while Search Plugin field is empty.

After that, I have reviewed Theme & Pattern pages and found the validation into the search box.

So, I think that, there should be validation for Plugin search box like we have on Theme & pattern pages.

A blank search query just redirects to the main plugins page. It does not execute a search.
