3		As @dd32 mentioned above Trac doesn't have this functionality built-in. However when a new comment is posted, it gets "mirrored" both in the [https://lists.wordpress.org/pipermail/wp-trac/ Trac mailing list] and on [https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C0397U3CV Slack]. This server pretty much the same (archival) purpose. You can see all comments that have ever been posted there.
