Bump recommended MariaDB version to 10.6

The Requirements page currently lists MariaDB 10.5 or greater as recommended.

MariaDB 10.5 will reach end of life on ​24 June 2025.

10.6 is the next oldest LTS version that will be supported upstream until 6 July 2026.
