Add Core AI Badge Details on Profile Badges Page

Like the other profile badges, need to add one more profile badge(Core AI) details on ​https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook/tutorials-guides/profile-badges/ page.

We have a custom icon and attaching the svg and also png.

Added to that page! @karmatosed Can you upload a new SVG at a 20px by 20px size? I'm having a hard time resizing this one myself. This will be for the make/ai page header.

Added to the Make/AI header in r14517, will update the profiles site shortly.

Profiles updated in dotorg-23814 with the new icon and color. This ticket can be closed (I can't do that, apparently).

@ryelle Closed this and added you as a bug gardener so you should be able to do so yourself again going forward.
