Horizontal scroll issue on Developer Blog

Description

On the page ​https://developer.wordpress.org/news/, a horizontal scrollbar appears unnecessarily.

Steps to reproduce:

Open the page in desktop view.
Notice the horizontal scroll at the bottom of the page.

Expected behavior:

The page should not have horizontal scrolling; content should fit within the viewport.
