Description
### Proposed Change
Add a public like counter next to or below the "Like" button on individual photo pages (e.g., https://wordpress.org/photos/photo/64668a7494/).
### Why this is helpful:
- Community Feedback: Showing the total number of likes provides immediate recognition and encouragement to the photographers who contribute their work for free.
- User Engagement: Visible social proof naturally encourages other users to interact with and download the photo.
- Standard UX: Users expect to see engagement metrics alongside a "Like" button, similar to other photo-sharing platforms.
### Suggested UI:
A simple text counter next to the heart icon (e.g., "❤️ 15") or a small label below it (e.g., "15 likes"). If a photo has 0 likes, the counter can remain hidden to keep the UI clean.

This is a good enhancement. Showing the number of likes would give contributors better visibility into how their photos are being received, encourage more engagement across the Photos directory, and motivate contributors to share more photos.
